Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Jigsaw Sort Puzzle mobile game ("the app"), developed and published by Kage Yazilim. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or extract the app's assets or code except where the law allows it.
Virtual coins and purchases
Coins are a virtual currency inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Coins earned or bought are stored on your device only; if you uninstall the app or lose the device, they are lost and cannot be restored by us.
Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and refund policy. The Ad-Free Game purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored from the in-app Store using "Restore purchases". Coin packs are consumed immediately and cannot be restored after use.
Advertising
The free version shows rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are only ever shown when you choose to watch one. Ads are removed permanently by buying the Ad-Free Game product.
Your own photos
You may create puzzles from pictures stored on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use those pictures. They never leave your device and we cannot see them.
Picture credits
The built-in puzzle pictures are openly licensed (CC BY, CC0 or public domain). Their authors are credited in the app and at kageyazilim.com/jigsaw/credits.html. The app's name, icon and user interface are the property of Kage Yazilim.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We try to keep progress compatible across updates but cannot guarantee it.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kage Yazilim is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
