Hangi verileri işliyoruz?
Hesap: e-posta adresiniz, şifrenizin geri döndürülemez özeti (hash), kayıt tarihiniz ve açık rıza kaydınız.
Hamilelik: son adet tarihi, tahmini doğum tarihi, çoğul gebelik bilgisi ve haftalık ilerleme.
Sağlık takibi: kilo ölçümleri, tekme sayımları, kasılma kayıtları, ilaç ve vitamin listeniz ile hatırlatmaları, randevularınız, kontrol listeleriniz ve günlük yazılarınız.
Bebek: doğum bilgileri, büyüme ölçümleri (boy, kilo, baş çevresi), aşı kayıtları, beslenme, uyku ve bez değişimi kayıtları.
Teknik: bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz push jetonu, bildirim tercihleriniz ve dil seçiminiz.
Satın alma: Premium aboneliğiniz varsa mağaza tarafından üretilen satın alma kimliği ve abonelik durumu. Kart bilgilerinizi GÖRMÜYOR ve saklamıyoruz — ödemeyi Google Play / App Store alır.
Neden işliyoruz?
Sözleşmenin ifası: hesabınızı oluşturmak, takip araçlarını çalıştırmak ve kaydettiğiniz verileri size geri göstermek.
Açık rıza: sağlık verilerinizin işlenmesi yalnızca kayıt sırasında verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır. Rızanızı hesabınızı silerek her zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
Meşru menfaat: hizmeti güvende tutmak, kötüye kullanımı ve istenmeyen içeriği engellemek.
Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?
Eş/partner davetini siz başlattığınızda, paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz hamilelik özeti davet ettiğiniz kişiyle paylaşılır. Bu bağlantıyı istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.
Toplulukta paylaştığınız konu ve iletiler, seçtiğiniz dildeki diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülür.
Bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz jetonunuz Google Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden iletilir. Bildirim içeriği dışında sağlık veriniz bu servise gönderilmez.
Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. AdMob, reklam kimliğiniz gibi cihaz tanımlayıcılarını işleyebilir — bu yüzden Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık'ta reklamlardan önce rızanızı soruyoruz. Uygulamadaki sağlık verileriniz AdMob'a AKTARILMAZ.
Bunların dışında verilerinizi kimseye satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya pazarlama amacıyla aktarmıyoruz.
Reklamlar hakkında
Reklamlar ölçülü tutulur. Tekme sayacı, kasılma sayacı ve ilaç ekranları gibi sağlık açısından kritik yerlerde reklam GÖSTERİLMEZ.
Premium aboneliğinizde hiç reklam görmezsiniz.
Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık'ta rıza formunu ilk açılışta gösteriyoruz; seçiminizi daha sonra "Ben" sekmesindeki reklam tercihlerinden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz?
Verilerinizi hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklarız.
Hesap silme talebinizden sonra hesabınız HEMEN kapanır ve artık giriş yapamazsınız. Verileriniz en geç 30 gün içinde sunucudan kalıcı olarak silinir.
Silme geri alınamaz. 30 gün dolmadan fikrinizi değiştirirseniz ltahakarakus@gmail.com adresine yazın.
Kalıcı silmede toplulukta açtığınız konular ve yazdığınız iletiler de silinir; yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar sunucudan kaldırılır.
Yalnızca silme talebinin kaydı (tarih ve işlem türü) hukuki yükümlülük gereği saklanır; bu kayıt sağlık verisi ya da içerik barındırmaz.
Güvenlik
Cihazınızdaki yerel veritabanı şifrelenir (SQLCipher); şifreleme anahtarı cihazın güvenli donanım deposunda tutulur.
Sunucuyla tüm iletişim HTTPS üzerinden yapılır.
Şifreniz düz metin olarak saklanmaz.
Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir ihlal durumunda ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre içinde sizi ve yetkili kurumu bilgilendiririz.
Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
Verilerinize erişme ve bir kopyasını isteme — uygulama içinden "Verilerimi dışa aktar" ile JSON olarak indirebilirsiniz.
Pregnancy Tracker Week by Week 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir. Kayıt sırasında 18 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
Uygulamada bir çocuğa ait olarak tutulan büyüme ve aşı kayıtları, ebeveyn olarak sizin tarafınızdan girilir ve sizin hesabınıza bağlıdır.
Tıbbi uyarı
Pregnancy Tracker Week by Week bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Uygulamadaki içerik ve hesaplamalar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; hekiminizin değerlendirmesinin yerine geçmez.

Pregnancy Tracker Week by Week processes the pregnancy and baby data you record solely to provide you with this service.
Your health data is NEVER used for advertising, sold, or shared with advertising partners.
Your data is hosted on our own server and is not sent to any third-party analytics service.
You can delete your account and all of your data from within the app.
What we process
Account: your email address, an irreversible hash of your password, your sign-up date and your recorded consent.
Pregnancy: last menstrual period, estimated due date, multiple pregnancy flag and weekly progress.
Health tracking: weight entries, kick counts, contraction sessions, your medication and vitamin list with reminders, appointments, checklists and journal entries.
Baby: birth details, growth measurements (length, weight, head circumference), vaccination records, feeding, sleep and diaper logs.
Content: photos you upload, your favourite names, and the topics and posts you write in the community.
Technical: a device push token so we can deliver notifications, your notification preferences and your language choice.
Purchases: if you subscribe to Premium, the store-issued purchase identifier and subscription status. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled by Google Play / the App Store.
Why we process it
Performance of a contract: to create your account, run the tracking tools and show your saved data back to you.
Explicit consent: processing of your health data rests solely on the explicit consent you give at sign-up. You may withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.
Legitimate interest: keeping the service secure and preventing abuse and unwanted content.
Who we share it with
When you initiate a partner invitation, the pregnancy summary you choose to share is shared with the person you invite. You can remove that link at any time.
Topics and posts you publish in the community are visible to other users in your selected language.
To deliver notifications, your device token is passed through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. No health data beyond the notification text itself is sent to that service.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers such as your advertising ID — which is why we ask for your consent before showing ads in the EU and the UK. Your in-app health data is NOT shared with AdMob.
Beyond the above we do not sell, rent, or transfer your data for marketing purposes.
About ads
Ads are kept restrained. No ads are shown on health-critical screens such as the kick counter, the contraction timer or medications.
With a Premium subscription you see no ads at all.
In the EU and the UK we present a consent form on first launch; you can change your choice later from the ad preferences entry in the "Me" tab.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is open.
When you request deletion your account is closed IMMEDIATELY and you can no longer sign in. Your data is permanently erased from our servers within 30 days at the latest.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you change your mind before the 30 days are up, write to ltahakarakus@gmail.com.
Permanent deletion also removes the topics and posts you wrote in the community, and the photos you uploaded are deleted from the server.
Only a record of the deletion request (date and action type) is kept to meet legal obligations; it contains no health data or content.
Security
The local database on your device is encrypted (SQLCipher); the key is held in the device's secure hardware-backed store.
All communication with the server uses HTTPS.
Your password is never stored in plain text.
No system is perfect; in the event of a breach we will notify you and the competent authority within the period required by law.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Access your data and request a copy — you can export it as JSON from within the app via "Export my data".
Request rectification, erasure and restriction of processing.
Withdraw your consent.
Data portability and the right to object to processing.
Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Pregnancy Tracker Week by Week is not directed at people under 18. You confirm at sign-up that you are over 18.
Growth and vaccination records kept for a child are entered by you as the parent and are tied to your account.
Medical notice
Pregnancy Tracker Week by Week is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Its content and calculations are informational and do not replace assessment by your clinician.
In an emergency contact your healthcare provider directly rather than using the app.
Changes and contact
If we update this policy we will notify you in the app and increment the version number above.
